Jericho Adapts Virtual Toy Hack

On of our New York City Chapter Members Michael is hosting a virtual Toy Hack event with his organization Jericho Adapts on May 19 6:30pm EST Do you want to learn to Switch Adapt a Toy? About Jericho Adapts: This group started at Jericho High School. A group of students come together to volunteer their time outside of school to adapt toys for children with physical disabilities. Their goal is to help children with physical disabilities by adapting battery operated toys to make them switch accessible. They electrically modify battery operated toys so that they can be activated by a large button called a switch. These switches allow children to play with toys that they would otherwise not be able to physically play with.
