My first attempt at a [Customizable Palm Pen Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4178663) is up on Thingiverse. You can use Makerbot Customizer on that site (or more flexibly, from inside [OpenSCAD](https://www.openscad.org/) on a local machine) to customize all major dimensions plus the inscription.

My model’s a bit rough and has had no user testing.
