Hello Everyone! My name is Steve Brownstein and I am the Philadelphia Chapter Leader for Makers Making Change.
I am an educator who runs a maker education program called Future Makers Academy. One of my main goals in collaborating with MMC is to teach students how they can have an impact on their communities through combining maker technology and assistive technology. Another goal of this chapter is to spread MMC resources through the Philadelphia Library system. So, far I have given an introductory presentation at the Roxborough Library branch and hope to expand to the other branches eventually.
