## A face mask for people who have difficulty breathing
Project Idea:
Looking for solutions for a face mask that someone can wear (who has difficulty breathing without a mask and finds it very challenging to breath when wearing a mask).
Have you looked at powered positive pressure options? There are several groups developing small powered blowers. A group I am part of is developing a [powered face shield](https://ar.protect-mi.org/) that is designed to be work with a mask but its also compatible with other headpieces. There are several groups developing open source blower units at the moment. I think the cost is about $80-100 for most units but we expect to get it down to about $50.
