The bag carrier is a low-cost, 3D-printed handheld tool that distributes the weight of bags carried. This 3D Printed Assistive Device can assist people with arthritis or other disabilities to carry plastic bags and other grocery bags. The bag handles can easily loop around the two curved hooks and handle divots which allows users to comfortably grip the carrier.

In tests, users found that the bag straps may slip out when not held verrtically.  Self-adhesive silicone tape (black) was cut into narrow strips and added to the bag holder (white) to deter bag handles from sliding out.
