Hi Everyone, [@GorillastoreTO](https://twitter.com/gorillastoreto?lang=en) on Twitter was kind enough to share [this really neat invention](https://twitter.com/GorillaStoreTO/status/1299059385587695621) from a coffee shop in Toronto. Working on getting the build files, but wondered if anyone was interested in re-creating something like this for testing. According to the staff at the shop, it cost about $15 CAD to make and their version uses ABS.

    I can help with this.
It looks like it’s mostly off-the-shelf plumbing parts. Probably PVC, though the color is throwing me off.

I would like more pictures and dimensions of the gramophone.

UPDATE!!! [They posted this on their Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/p/CEhK9fuBQS6/?igshid=1vvtwyegxddul) explaining how they built it.

I would think that PVC or ABS piping should work equally well here, and both can be spray painted to an appropriate color.

Would definitely want to ensure that the piping is long enough so that there is no chance any microbes are going to travel from one person to another (effectively defeating the purpose of the plexiglass barrier).

I don’t have an Instagram account and can’t see their post. What’s it say?

Hi @dalesd, no important text. Just a series of photos showing how they cut piping and measured the device. A good visual aid for someone to develop a design for.
