Is the purpose of this to get more leverage unscrewing brush caps and to have a bigger handle to hold while applying?

I will mainly be using it to have a bigger handle to hold the applicator. And i hope that because of the tool the movement of applying the nail polish will be easier as i have problems with fine motor skills in my right hand.
