Overview

This project is a set of instructions for how to switch adapt a Star Master Projector toy. This toy lights up and spins. It projects stars onto the ceiling and walls, and spins slowly to imitate the movement of the Earth and the night sky. It has both a white light setting and a coloured light setting. The switch adapted version provides three inputs for controlling the different functions.

Usage

Three assistive switches with 3.5 mm cables are required to use the toy.

The switch that controls the coloured light can be pressed once to turn the light on, and pressed again to turn the light off. The switches that control the spinning motion and white light can be held down and the toy will spin or light up for the duration of the hold.

The toy comes with a shade. The shade should be removed before using the projector.
